Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to every order placed through healiuspeptides.com. By placing an order, you accept the terms set out below.

1. Fulfillment Locations and Cut-Off Times

Origin facilities. Orders for customers located in the United States are fulfilled and dispatched from our California facility. Orders for the United Kingdom, European Union, and all other international destinations are fulfilled and dispatched from our UK facility.

Same business day dispatch cut-off. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) Pacific Time ship the same business day from California. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) Greenwich Mean Time ship the same business day from the UK facility (UK, EU, and the rest of the world).

Business days. Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the shipping origin.

Important. Same-business-day dispatch may not be possible during promotional periods, high-volume sales events, adverse weather, carrier disruptions, or when additional security or verification checks are required.

2. Shipping Methods and Service Levels

Healius Peptides offers multiple carrier options depending on the destination. Indicative services:

United States. USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Express, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air.

United Kingdom. Royal Mail 24, Royal Mail 48, Royal Mail Tracked, DPD 24, DPD 48, DPD Next Day.

European Union and international. Royal Mail International, DPD Classic, DPD Express, DHL Express, UPS, and FedEx International.

Available options and pricing are shown at checkout based on your address, basket weight, and order value.

3. Free Shipping Thresholds

United States. Free shipping on orders over US $200.

United Kingdom. Free shipping on orders over £150 GBP.

European Union. Free shipping on orders over €170 EUR.

Where applicable, equivalent thresholds in other local currencies may be applied automatically at checkout. Free shipping uses a standard tracked service appropriate for your region.

4. Dispatch and Handling

Orders are processed in the sequence they are received. Once packed and handed to the carrier, you will receive tracking details (where available) by email.

Note. We cannot combine or split orders after checkout. For security reasons, we may apply additional verification checks to high-risk orders before release for dispatch.

5. Estimated Transit Times

Domestic United States. Typically, 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Domestic United Kingdom. Typically, 1-2 business days after dispatch.

European Union priority. Typically, 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

International standard. Typically, 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Transit times are estimates only and exclude carrier delays, customs holds, or events outside Healius Peptides reasonable control. Tracked services let you monitor transit progress directly with the carrier.

6. Delivery Issues

In transit. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, please get in touch with support@healiuspeptides.com so we can open a carrier query. We do not refund parcels that are still moving within the carrier network.

Undeliverable or returned to sender. If a parcel is marked undeliverable or returned to sender, it must be received back at our facility and inspected before a refund or replacement can be considered. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and re-delivery may incur additional postage.

7. Lost Parcels and Carrier Investigations

If your parcel appears lost, Healius Peptides will open an inquiry with the carrier. Refunds and replacements are issued only after the carrier has confirmed the investigation is closed and the parcel is deemed lost.

United Kingdom and EU domestic. Typically, a parcel is considered lost after up to 15 business days from the ship date.

United States domestic. Typically up to 20 business days.

International (cross-border). Up to 30 business days, depending on route and carrier.

Timeframes are carrier guidelines and may vary during peak seasons or extraordinary events.

8. Address Accuracy and Redirections

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once they have been handed to the carrier. For security reasons, we do not amend shipping addresses after order confirmation unless the correction was explicitly requested at the time of ordering and confirmed by our team before dispatch.

Orders delivered to an incorrect address are the Customer’s responsibility.

9. Customs, Import Duties, and Compliance

Customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import compliance are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Documentation requirements vary by country, and customs may request additional information.

Customs seizure and unlawful purchases. Healius Peptides products are supplied strictly as research-use-only chemical materials. If a shipment is seized, refused, or destroyed by customs or regulatory authorities due to unlawful purchase, import, possession, or intended use, no refund, credit, or replacement will be issued. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring the legality of the purchase and importation in their jurisdiction.
