Any batch that fails any element of the testing panel is rejected and either re-purified or destroyed, depending on the failure mode. A failed batch never enters saleable inventory. The next batch of that peptide is then synthesized and retested before release. This is why a peptide may show a brief out-of-stock window between batches.
