Both services include full tracking and Saturday delivery in most regions. Orders placed before 2 pm GMT are dispatched the same business day.
US orders ship via DHL Express, with standard delivery to any US address typically within 3 to 7 business days from dispatch. Priority delivery is available at checkout for destinations in a major metro area, with typical delivery in 2 to 5 business days from dispatch. All US orders are fully tracked and clear US customs through the DHL Express service.

Yes. Every Healius shipment is tracked from dispatch through to delivery. Royal Mail Tracked provides UK tracking; DHL Express provides international tracking. The tracking number is sent in the dispatch email and is also visible in your account under Order History at my account.
DHL Express clears international shipments through customs as part of its standard service in most countries. Where the destination customs authority requests additional documentation, DHL will contact the recipient directly. If you receive a customs hold notification, respond to DHL promptly with the requested documentation. If you need help, contact support@healiuspeptides.com with your tracking number and the documentation request, and we will assist where we can.
If the parcel has been marked undeliverable by the courier, or if the standard delivery window for your country has elapsed without delivery, contact support@healiuspeptides.com with your order number. We will open a courier investigation and either dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund once the courier confirms the loss.
